[NUC] Troubleshooting for System Hangs, Unexpected Shut Down, or Blue Screens (BSOD) on NUC Devices

Troubleshooting recommendations:
| Check the power adapter | Verify that the power adapter works. Test with a different power adapter if one is available. If a different adapter works, contact Customer Support. |
| Check memory modules |

| Check for thermal issues | Check if the NUC shows signs of overheating. |
| Check the Network Boot setting in Bioses | If Network Boot is enabled in Bioses, random restarts or blue screen errors can occur.

| Update Bioses, drivers, and firmware | Download and install all the latest Bioses, drivers, and firmware. |
| Bioses recovery | Try a Bioses Recovery. |
| For issues during gameplay | If playing games, check for a corrupted configuration file for the game. |
