When having an online call with multiple participants, if you notice that some voices are not being picked up by the microphones due to the noise cancellation settings, please go to [MyASUS – Device Settings] and switch the microphones noise cancellation mode to 'Multi-Presenter Mode'.

1. Please first check if the noise-canceling microphones is set to 'Multi-Presenter Mode'.

2. If not, please switch the noise cancellation mode to 'Multi-Presenter Mode'.
