[ExpertWiFi][ASUS Multi-Site Manager] How to create a group in ASUS Multi-Site Manager?

 ASUS Multi-Site Manager is a cloud management tool designed for the remote control and management of multiple ASUS network devices. It allows more than two local networks to establish Site-to-Site VPN connections to form a virtual network group.

 

 

Prepare:

This feature is only applicable to ASUS ExpertWiFi series routers with firmware version upgraded to official version 3006.102_45537 or above.

What is Site-to-Site VPN?

It’s a VPN connection that includes VPN server and VPN client. Helping to connect the networks located at different places, enabling them to communicate securely over the internet as if they were on the same local network. It's often used by businesses to connect branch offices to a central office network. 

 

How to create a group in ASUS Multi-Site Manager?

1. Navigate to the button [Create a Group].

2. Select sites that you want to form the Site-to-Site group. (The following product images and regions are examples)

3. Name your group and additional description if needed.

4. Select a master site for the group. Then click [Next]. (The following product images are examples)

Note: The site with Public IP is recommended as a Master site.

5. You can find the group on the homepage after it is completed.
